Return & Exchange Policy

• Return Eligibility: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorisation. Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item(s).

• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item received, damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

• Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, based on customer preference.
