Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
